Does not meet age requirements to make a purchase

I'm trying to purchase Dragon Age Inquisition Game of the year Edition in Origin the order details in the shopping cart say I do not meet the age requirements to purchase it. This game is registered as MA 15+ and I turned 16 in March this year. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can play the game??

    Approved

    You will need to contact support and, possible fax them a copy of you driver's license to prove your age.
