Dragon Age 2, Act 2, Repentance & the Sebastion Character

I get into the Harriman's home  (See the Repentance Quest), and I'm down and in the last room of the dungeon, and I have two characters in sight, when the Game finally wakes up and does it's BIG thin...

Can you try repairing the game? Right-click the game panel in Origin and you should get this option. 

If this has no effect, try changing the graphics settings to low and give it another shot.
