The dxdiag shows Intel integrated graphics as the primary display adapter. Make sure you're running the game on the dedicated Nvidia GPU.
Laptops tend to switch to integrated graphics to preserve energy, and EA games don't always automatically switch back to the Nvidia GPU. There's an option in the Nvidia control panel (under 'manage 3D settings') to force the game to use the dedicated GPU. If you're on a desktop instead of a laptop, make sure the monitor is plugged into the graphics card instead of the motherboard.
I have attempted everything listed so far, to no avail. Any other solutions?
@ThiccV2 The game has been known to have issues with Razer products/software in the past. Have you tried disabling any Razer software, see if that makes any difference? Not hopeful that'll magically fix your problem, but doesn't hurt to try. 😛
This actually worked! I never realized that Razer programs, of all things, would be causing the problem. Thank you all for your help!
