You're going to have a lot of issues running the game without any dedicated graphics. Your processor also falls below the minimum requirements for an AMD (Quad core @ 2.5 GHz)
An "R5" is a low end device, quite unlike a mid-level R7, or a high level R9. This game needs the higher rated options from the mid-level (R7 - 260 and upward, DESKTOP video, as I recall).

(I verified that neither the R7 250, nor the 250X was as powerful as the 4870. I have no recommendations for laptops to make. I am negative toward those as game platforms for many reasons, not the least being total lack of standards.)
