Dragon Age: Inquisition for the PS3

I have been playing Dragon Age on the Xbox 360 for some time, but realized that I had to switch over to my PS3 to play Dragon Age Inquisition. This was no problem for me, and I've been connecting to the internet with no issues. To keep my storyline, I used Dragon Age Keep thinking I could transfer that plot to the new game in Inquisition. The only issue is I was never prompted to connect to the Origin account when I started the game on the PS3, and I see no menu options to access it. Without it, I cannot download my plotline from Dragon Age Keep.

Is there a way I can set up Origin on my PS3? It has never been done before on that console and I'm dying to try Inquisition with my old plotline. Once again, there are no prompts when I start the game and I have not seen any menus or settings to access it. When I look online for help, everything just says to accept the prompt. What can I do to pull up this prompt?

@Audisey There's a lengthy tutorial on Keep here, if you want to check it out: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/INFO-Dragon-Age-Keep-and-Origin-account-management/m-p/3945637#U3945637

However it shouldn't really be needed, since saves/worldstates aren't actually uploaded to the Keep. Log into the Keep with your PSN account email (a matching Origin account should be already created) , and it should automatically sync up. Set the worldstate you want - if you're unsure of decisions made you can check the Completed Quests log in your old games - then listen to the Varric narration to be sure it all matches up. When you're done upload the worldstate, then your PS3 should see it when you're starting a new game.
