dragon age inquisition invalid license reason code = no license (0x0003)

Just downloaded the game and It won't even start. I looked in task manager and the dragon age game and activationui appear for about 20 seconds and then just disapear. Either that happens or I get this error. I've tried clean reboot, uninstalling and reinstalling origin, uninstalling vcredlist and reainstalling and repairing the game. I have windows 8 Laptop, Intel Core i7 4720 HQwith Nvidia geforce GTX 970. Please help...
