Dragon Age: Inquisition keeps crashing to desktop no error message, unplayable

Pretty much the same issue. 

Frequently crashes to desktop at seemingly random times. No error message

First few hours of gameplay I only had a crash every 20-45  minutes. Now it seams to crash every 4 minuets or less. 

I have updated graphics cards, redueced graphics settings, updated C++ and nothing works.
