Hello. I just preordered dragon age, i did this under the impression that it would be released 18 november. As is shown on your website
However, when i check my origins account i see the that I will not be able to play until 20 november.
Why is this the case?

This is because you are in Europe. The release date for Europe is November 21st at 12:00 AM (Midnight on the 20th)

Note that these are listed as PST, so you'll need to add about 9 hours to get your local time in Sweden.
Is there a reason for the difference in realease dates?
It's generally because of retail stores. They stagger the release dates as otherwise, they get murdered by digital sales.
It's not EA's fault at all, they have no choice but to comply.
