Dragon Age Keep "No Custom Characters" for Dragon Age Inquisition.

Hello,

First post on this forum, I have searched all over and found people with a similar question but no real answers, so I thought I would ask for some help.

I am JUST getting around to my first playthrough of Dragon Age Inquisition (Yes I know... Quite a long time to start now) and when I log on to Dragon Keep, it says that I have "No Custom Characters" and it just loads the Default Characters.

Why is my Dragon Age Inquisition character not syncing with Dragon Age Keep and how can I get my character to show up?

Thanks in advance!

Nik

  • Do you have the ability to download a custom worldstate into your game??

Reason I ask is, we need to know if you have linked your accounts successfully between your Xbox and DAkeep/origin ID.  If you create a custom world state and set it to download and you start a new game and it is available, then we know the two are connected....if the world state ISN'T available then the issue is likely the account not connected.

Yeah I am familiar with the Keep, I went back through Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age II and all the DLC to prepare for Inquisition, made all my choices and exported it to Inquisition.

When I started a new game it asked if I would like to import my world state from Dragon Age Keep, so I clicked yes. It was successful, all the choices I made seem to be in place. My accounts are definitely merged.

I personally play on PC, but IIRC there were options in settings to limit what was uploaded, and I THINK one was related to save data to the keep.  I don't know if this is the same for Xbox, as I don't play on one.  Hopefully someone more familiar with Xbox, like EADavid, will stop in and maybe have better info...
