Drivers are updated. I gave DA2 access for both private and public. Still nothing.
@jariahxsynn Can you try two things for me?
Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
If that does not work, Try a new user account for Windows.

So, clean boot was a negative. Making an alt account did nothing. DA2 was stuck in perpetual "Prepare" I gave up after 20 minutes of it sitting there. Should mention that some prompt about "EA play" expired. Don't recall signing up for that or if it had anything to do with the problem but there it is.

It is impossible to help without having at least some system info.
Please look at my previous post.

Please follow the instructions and post the the DxDiag as full text file.
There are Windows error reports and other important infos included in that file. - 3 years ago
Thought I only needed what I posted before. I was playing both DA games perfectly fine until the EA App showed up.

There are no entries of EA app or the games in the WER section of the DxDiag, but permanent crashes of the "GameManagerService3.exe" a module of "Razer Synapse" that might or might not be related.
Did you made sure that the Razor software was disabled in the clean boot?
