Dragon Age: Origins, DLC country lock in PSN!

I want to buy, download and play "Leliana's Song" and "Golems of Amgarrak" but I can't see them in my PSN Store!!!

I bought all other DLCs without a problem, Return to Ostagar and Stone Prisoner etc etc...

I searched a little and I learned there's a country lock thing in PSN

I have two copies of DAO, one is EASWxxxxx code Swiss version

and another one ise Collector's Edition with EAExxxxx European version

I'm from Turkey, I use PSN Turkiye and I said ok no problems, this is the fault of Swiss version and bought CE European version. But I still can't see Leliana's Song and Golems on my purchase list. I'm ready to pay money but Bioware and EA don't want to accept because of a meaningless country lock for DLCs..!!! Weird!!!!

I created a new PSN account from Greece and yes, I saw missing DLC in my list but because of my credit card I couldn't buy them again!!! I think PSN refuse to accept a Turkish bank credit card for a Greek PSN account. I also tried other European countries but same problem.

Ok, Swiss version is special for that country and I try to accept this meaningless country lock... But this is European version? Fifa, Uefa, Fiba, EU, Eurovision, Unesco... ... thinks Turkey is a part of Europe. And also I never see a EATRxxxxx version of Dragon Age Origins!!!

SO... How can I buy and play these DLCs! Why do you refuse me to pay to your company??
