Dragon Age Origins not showing on the EA app

I have Dragon Age: Origins on Steam, but it runs slowly despite the 4GB RAM patch. I was told on the Steam forums to try running it from the EA App, but Dragon Age Origins doesn't appear in my games....

@sengt If you are still having an issue send me a DM with your EA ID.

@monozuki If it is asking you to purchase that is more of an entitlement issue. Your EA account doesn't see that you own it. Can you send me your EA ID or a case number of the EA account itself?

Hello I'm also having this same problem. My Steam account is linked, and the DA2 and DAI from Steam show up just fine, it's only DAO that won't show up. I've tried reinstalling both the EA app and DAO but it hasn't worked.
