Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition Promo code was used on the wrong Bioware Social Network account
I bought Dragon Age: Origins earlier in the week. I was told to activate the DLC on Bioware Social Network (henceforth referred to as BSN), but without realising, I was logged into an older BSN that wasn't linked to Origin. I used my activation key on this account. I was wondering whether this could be rectified. I've tried calling the phone line to connect to a game adivsor, but for whatever reason the automated options were not applicable to the game, and the line cut off. So I've come here. Please help.
