Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition PS3 not installing

I have Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition for the PS3, on a disk. I have been attempting to install it so that I may play, however, it will get to 100% installation, then freeze. I left it alone for 3 hours, and it did nothing. I have restarted my PS3 multiple times, erased and re installed the game. I have even started my PS3 up in safe mode and run through the file clean there. I would really like to play my game so any help would be great.

@PFCZSeamons Huh, it sounds like the disc itself might be damaged, as it looks like you've taken the appropriate steps.

If you have access to someone else with a disc, could you try using their disc?

We do have a warranty/disc replacement service, but I'm not sure how it'll work with older games and it might be easier to buy another copy.

It did turn out to be the disc. I took it back and they gave me a new game.
