What video card are you running?? Is it factory overclocked?? From what I have read, this issue is caused by instability of the GPU/GPU memory with games, and to fix it you need to turn down your card to baseline NON-OVERCLOCKED settings even if it was factory overclocked.

I'm having the same issue with a GeForce GTX 770 2GB. And no, my GPU isn't overclocked. Also, this is the only game I have that crashes with this error. It doesn't happen with TitanFall, Shadows of Mordor, Watch_Dogs, or anything else in my games library.
The problem isn't with the GPU, the problem is that they decided to focus on the Mantle API, probably because of the huge console market for the game. Then again, it seems to be pretty buggy on the consoles too. Maybe they should have stuck with DirectX optimization.

Try the ver. 347.25 driver. Reports recently have it as being the most stable for DAI.
