We need to vanilla the game to see if one of the mods or frosty is the problem.
Move the "Patch_ModManagerMerge" and the "Patch" folder from the "....\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\" folder to the Desktop or a other folder outside of the game folder.
Repair the game:
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
Test.
I moved the Patch folder outside of the games folder but I didn't see a folder called Patch_ModManagerMerge inside Update. I then repaired the game via Steam. After Steam finished repairing the game. I launched it without Frosty and it still gave me the account activation popup.

Please delete the "license" folder again and test.

Still the same. 😢 I contacted EA support and the rep referred me to Steam because they said my game was active on their end. Steam only referred me back to EA.

Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Then: - Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensive" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" or "EA Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
- Restart the PC
- Download a new EA app setup exe from here.
- Install EA app
- Restart the PC > Test.
If it still does not work, uninstall DAi in the same way as EA App > Reinstall > Test.
