11 years agoThat is usually fixed by doing the following:
Go into the Windows Control Panel
Internet options
Connection tab
LAN settings
Uncheck "use a proxy server for your LAN". then click APPLY then, Click OK.
Reboot your computer, restart Origin, Log in and see if it's working now.
