Failed to Detect a Supported Video Card

I'm getting this error every time I try to launch Dragon Age II. I've searched other topics that suggested running the DragonAge2Config and disabling full screen mode and setting the resolution to the native monitor resolution but that still doesn't fix the issue. Any other ideas on how to resolve this issue?

My system specs are:

Windows 10

Ryzen 7 2700X

Nvidia GTX 1080

32GB ram
