Fairbanks Trust mission unavailable at war table

I cannot find the Fairbanks Trust mission unavailable at war table.

I see a message saying "Go to the War Table to make contact with Fairbanks", but when I go to the war table I can't see anything related to this quest.
As a result I can't access a whole area of the map.

I purchased the game from Origin and I am up to date with the patches.

Please help.

Bottom right of the Orlais side of the war table. Find the mission "Make Contact in the Emerald Graves", It should start you off.
And no, it isn't obvious. Teasing folk with the idea of a "Fairbanks" quest and the actual quest being to do with "Emerald Graves".
