Feastday Gifts

I purchased Feastday Gifts for 160 Points. However, upon loading DA:O, it's still listing it as Available Content. It's not automatically downloading as some small DLCs used to.

How do I fix?

2nd issue: I was charged twice for Feastday Gifts for 320 Bioware Points. Had 320 points, now I have 0.

For both of these issues (being double-charged, and failing to get the DLC you paid for authorized for your account) you must contact EA Customer Service at : http://support.ea.com
Here's how (you'll choose "Billing" instead of "Tech Support" as the problem):

I'll do that. Interestingly enough you said, "...faling to get the DLC you paid for authorized for your account" -- Here's the thing. According to Bioware's "My registered game content" Feastday IS authorized-- It's just that the game isn't downloading it upon client login.
At any rate, going with the Live Chat.

Which means you aren't really "getting the content you paid for" (twice), are you?
