Harlequin tag help
This first drove me crazy. I failed like 10 times before I figured this out.
The tag seems to be the same way "bugged" as is crafting using masterwork items. The success is decided before you even try. I walked 6 and run 5 harlequins directly from behind before i got 2 successes suddenly. Nothing changed in my tactics except the location where the harlequins manifested (I started loading up my game as instructed on different forums). Running seems to work better, my only successes.

This is the reason I think the success is before calculated. No matter how fine you do it, it fails if the propability calculated as the harlequin manifested says so. Enjoy pulling you hair with this one.
