how do I connect my PSN account with Origin?

I've been trying to connect my PSN account with Origin, using the Origin launcher/client, but nothing's here showing how to do it. Please help.

Got it, how do I link my accounts?

If you made your EA Account using the same email address as you use for Xbox LIVE or the PlayStation Network, load any EA game in your Xbox or PlayStation and your accounts will automatically connect.

If you’ve made your EA Account using a different email address, you should still be able to sign into your EA account when you log into an EA game and access our servers.

Official EA help page, which was quoted...

supposedly there is a way in the friends menu, with add friend button...but I haven't seen any way at all to do this.

If the above doesn't help, then contact official EA help desk and talk to them as this is a player to player help forum.

I did a different email for them but it doesn't connect.
