Same here, welcome to the club. It has lasted a lot longer in my case as I haven't been able to access Dragon Age Keep since November of 2022 and have yet to receive any help with it. I've tried exactly the same as you, just 1 year and 2 months waiting time instead. Different internet connection I've also tried but nothing is helping.
