Knight-Enchanter Wisp Essences Only 2 out of 3. [PC]

So I've looked around and there doesn't seem to be any damn solution to this. Basically I cleared Fallow Mire well before I called in the specialists (I only noticed them at around level 13.) I never actually gained any Wisp essence when I did it however, in fact my first one came from Adamant of all places. I did go back and only found one Wisp where they are supposed to be and nadda anywhere else. I am aware that Rifts might drop them but I haven't had any luck with that at all. And I am neither loading a really early save or starting over because I don't have enough free time to pull it off. I did try the duplicating bug but it doesn't seem to work on it and I confirmed with some cotton that I was doing it right.
Is there any damn way to get third? Console? Anything?
