EA Support has no hand in fixing console achievements because they are linked to your console account. For achievements, there is a specific place you go for Xbox to fill out a bug report if troubleshooting steps don't help you.
Thank you, Shepard. That would be great. I would also be interested in the specific xbox complaint resource. I have tried a lot of tricks I have seen on other forums such as totally removing the game, disconnecting from the internet, and trying ro reset the achievement progress, but that hasn't worked either.

Try this and see what happens If you are on an Xbox S don't worry about the disc one as that doesn't apply.
Press the menu key of the controller. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray. In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage". Select "Clear persistent storage"Next, let's clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, Then restart your Xbox.
Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait 1 minute, plug the power cord back in, and turn the console back on as you would normally.
Once restarted, go into my games and apps, locate the game, and delete the saved data. This won't delete any progress for your game.
Lastly, You can also delete and log back into your Gamer tag, this would sync the game correctly to your account.
Finally, power cycle modem/router: Unplug the modem/router and router for 60 seconds Plug the modem/router back into the power source Reboot the system. Confirm the internet is back online, and see if the issue is still present.
The last time I had an achievement problem, I was directed here, in order to have the Xbox side reviewed. Contacting EA is okay as we can report all of that to the right people for review. Getting that fixed though is not as easy for us because we arent Xbox.

Hey Shepard,
I've completed the following steps. Unfortunately there wasn't any change to my achievements and/or the achievement progress wasn't reset. Most of these achievements are easily verified on my saved data (such as recruiting all of the companions or defeating a high dragon). What do you recommend I try next?

@EmeraldWeap0n So the next step would be the following with Images of your Xbox account showing not unlocked.
We need this from everyone
- Product:
- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time issue occurred
- What type of issue do you have?
- Which mode has this happened in?
- Which part of the mode?
- Summarize your bug
- How often does the bug occur?
- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
- What happens when the bug occurs?
- What do you expect to see?
And then you would have to report this Here so that Xbox can review that as well.
