Losing connection constantly

There could be multiple reasons for connection issues. XBOX has to connect to EA servers, so if there are issues there you can't do a thing about it. If anyone in you house is heavily using the internet, it could be causing problems with you ping times. If you ping is too high, the servers may disconnect you to prevent unstable matches. Perhaps there are internet issues with your ISP, or maybe just the line levels of your house. You would have to call your service provider and ask them to see if everything is OK with your internet connection. Also if you are using a wireless connection from your xbox to your internet, try plugging a cable into your xbox.
