Male Elf model and its problems

I hope we get some answers here, it seems they've been ignoring us on the BW forum. So great job creating this new thread here. This problem really needs to be taken care of.

Yes, I expect a much more vigorous attitude from BioWare/EA here. It is disheartening, we are being ignored for 3 weeks already. Mister Allan Schumacher appeared only for two posts and never showed again. I would like to get a clear answer. When are we going to get a fix? Soon, in 6 days winter holiday's season starts, some of them are of small importance, other are big to their respective systems, but I'm afraid that patches will be further delayed.
How long do we need to wait to get a full RP experience out of RPG? Immersion is the thing.

I gave up on the elf rogue and started a human character because of this. I loved playing DAO as a Dalish rogue and was really looking forward to doing a Dalish Inquisitor but just coulkdn't do it with the model the way it is.
It is a beautiful game but honestly, I bought it to play an elf, not a human. My level of immersion and enjoyment is defintely suffering.
It would be nice if it could be fixed and I could play the game I paid $90 for as I'd intended.

Indeed, you are perfectly right. Most of the people who trivialise this issue are not elf players in the first place or they don't care much about what happens on the screen. In fact the 'Patch 2' thread has proved that some even downright lie about their elves being unaffected by these bugs. They can't keep their answers straight; in one post 'it is all right with elves' and then when cornered they admit that 'yes, there are bugs. I've never said the opposite'.
We have paid quite a lot for a game. We have not played elves in DA since DA:O. What we have received is broken and immersion breaking. I hope for the fast fix.
