I just read dozens and dozens of the Mantle posts ranging from 11/20 through 12/5 and I don't see an actual fix posted anywhere. I do get the optuion to switch to it. When I do use it, every 5-10 s...

with mantle you have to fprce the refresh rate to 30Hz,
and the frame rate to 30Fps.
give me a moment and I'll post it... just gotta look it up quick....
is a command line switch you need to enter into the launch option or short cut....

I use Mantle and get some microstutter here and there, but forcing the game to run at such a low framerate is not much of a solution to me personally.
I believe Mantle is still in beta, so maybe official patches and AMD updates will reduce the issues soon.
