Thank you for your response. No I mean the Flame of the Inquisition items that one would get with the preorder. I was lucky that I have that picture in my PS trophies (from 2016) as it contains the "Medium Armor of the Dragon" which was part of the preorder bonus (just in case I needed to prove that I did have the preorder).
Basically the items from the Deluxe preorder are missing. I did get the DLC bundle as it contained more content and items, so I am unsure if that effected it or something, but I am fairly sure it shouldn't have.

Oh haha yeah I guess you get some of them from that chest :D but I am also missing the throne and the mounts in addition to those
