Same thing still happening to me for the last 3 days. The issue is console Accounts are not syncing to EA servers despite there being no error codes. I'm not seeing any new achievements on the Keep uploaded and new Save states aren't being downloaded. So the issue is definitely on EA server end.
Can we get some eyes on this @EA_Illium?

Are you able to make a new save game without issues? No
Are you trying to start a new game from an exisiting save on the device or from importing from DAK? Import from DAK
Are you able to import a world state or does the game now recognize any save when starting a game? DAK shows that it downloaded and gives a timestamp to confirm in game. Game says that it connected to the "Dragon Age servers" with no issues. When starting a new save, the only option is to use the default world state. There is also no Golden Nug appearing in saves that haven't completed the game.
Do you get an error message? (If so please share the full message) No, Default world state is the only option. No prompt.
