I wanted to give a quick update, this issue should now be resolved, if you were running into this can you close your game, restart your console, and test if you can now load custom world states from DA Keep?

Same Problem.. I know EA servers were down for a minute yesterday which is when the problem started for me. Hopefully it fixes soon.
There has been a problem for a few days when trying to import keep data into the game. Always says default world state no matter what I try. Seems to be an issue with ps4/ps5.
Same thing still happening to me for the last 3 days. The issue is console Accounts are not syncing to EA servers despite there being no error codes. I'm not seeing any new achievements on the Keep uploaded and new Save states aren't being downloaded. So the issue is definitely on EA server end.
Can we get some eyes on this @EA_Illium?

Are you able to make a new save game without issues? No
Are you trying to start a new game from an exisiting save on the device or from importing from DAK? Import from DAK
Are you able to import a world state or does the game now recognize any save when starting a game? DAK shows that it downloaded and gives a timestamp to confirm in game. Game says that it connected to the "Dragon Age servers" with no issues. When starting a new save, the only option is to use the default world state. There is also no Golden Nug appearing in saves that haven't completed the game.
Do you get an error message? (If so please share the full message) No, Default world state is the only option. No prompt.
It's absolutely ridiculous how we're being ignored on every platform and even through tickets and "help" sites. Actively ignored. But EA help reacts to every minor problem regarding Fifa within minutes.
Hello, the prompt to import world state is not popping up as it should when creating a new character. Been trying for days, please fix.
Same. And the Golden Nug is completely missing from my previous games. Hope they figure it out soon!
So I’ve tried every troubleshoot I’ve seen on faq’s and I just can’t find a solution to this problem. I just played the first 2 games since they came on game pass so I want to import my choices, but when I create a new character I’m not getting the option to. Plz help☹️
Dragon age Wont save insufficient space. ive looked around and everyone says go to your documents but when i go to my documents i cant even find my dragon age and its not where it should be. i even searched it in the documents and still nothing.
like the title says, similiar to older threads/issues that were noted but Ive tried all I can think of.
i did the three checkmarks off on the home page, ive confirmed my xbox and DA keep are connected correctly, the world state has a checkmark meaning it was properly uploaded, i have restarted the console, deleted the xbox from the ea profile and readded it, ininstalled and reinstalled the game...
ive done all this in every combo i can think of and nothing has fixed it. The only thing im doing different from when i would play before and it was successful (i have been able to load a custom world before) is the console im using - an Xbox Series S instead of an Xbox One.
please help, i was just about to try a canon tun when this started happening....
