PC/ Dragon Age: Inquisition- downloading the latest patch

Hello,

I had a problem with my game so I had to uninstall it and than install it again. When I did that I wanted to continue in my saved games, but than a window shows and it says :

This save data was created with a newer version of the game. Please download the latest patch and try again.

When I checked the installer folder i got this: <gameVersion version="1.0.0.12"/>

 

I repaired the game, updated, restarted my PC but i have no single idea what to do because it didn't help at all. I have Game of the Year Edition.

Can somebody please help me? If you know how, please write it for me step by step, because I am very desperate. I will appreciate  and be thankful for any help!

    Did you have any mods installed??  As having them can often change the version number..

    Most often the cause of this error is mods.....

    If you EVER added mods using the DAI Mod Manager (".daimods" files) the version number in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch\package.mft" file was incremented.

    Edit it to increase the version by one, then try to load your save again.

    Rinse-Repeat until the save loads.  😇
