PC shuts down while playing
Started game today , just after character creation my PC shuts down, I go into options , lower some details , start again , first cinematic showing rift it shuts down again... most times it shuts dow...

Are you running a dual or quad core processor? And what specifically is your CPU spec?
Maybe your power supply is not enough to feed all system at full performance.
So it start to do wrong calculations, so windows shut down.
Check if it is not hitting a lot, or if the power supply is enough to feed the new video board.
