With that being said, the next step you would need to take is to figure out what account the base game is linked to. That now becomes a Live Support issue over a technical issue or a forum issue.When you reach out to them, just put in the options that you are missing something you bought. They will be able to track down the game and see which account it is linked to. If this account even launched the game and had the license for it, we would see it, and I do not.
