Problems with Gamepad Logitech F310

How would I find out if my Logitech Gamepad F310 COntroller is supported. I can't seem to get it to do anything.I am a "NOOB" at this and am just trying to get it setup for my daughter (Birthday Pres...

I use a Logitech F310.  You need to go into the settings under "Controls" and set it from keyboard to gamepad.
