[PS4] Can't access "network features" due to missing patch.

So, when I start the game I'm told I can't use any network features. I can't log on my EA account and I can't use the multiplayer mode.

When I check for updates it says there is a patch available, but I'm just sent back to the game or to the empty [downloads] section on my PS4.

I've tried restarting the machine several times, and I deleted the whole game and reinstalled in. Still no patch or network access...

Any ideas?
