PS4: Dragons' Bane trophy bugged [DA:I]

I killed the last four dragons I needed for the achievement today, yet the trophy never popped. I definitely killed all ten high dragons - I checked the journal to make absolutely sure I didn't miss ...

I have the same bug and I'm on Xbox One.

I saw only one guy who have this achievement already. Don't know how he did it though...

This is happening to me aswell. I looked at my logbook and it says i killed all 10 dragons, i look at my achievement list on the dashboard and it says im 90% complete. Also the achievement for the second to last mission was never awarded.
