I have the same issue in PS4 and manage to load again my save file.
First I create a new character and then after I got to the game I load the other one and it works.
Hope it works out for you guys too.

Same thing happening to me too has anyone fimd a fix or i'm i going to have to restart for the start again? I tried and reinstall the game and some **bleep**.
