Re: No armor or weapons for Blackwall or Sera?

I just experienced the exact same problem, with both Blackwall and Sera, in my current playthrough. I don't know what causes it. Question: Did you recruit Vivienne or no?

Not the OP but over my 3 playthroughs, during the first one I hadn't recruited Vivy before Sera nor Blackwall and they both had their weapons but for the the other two playthroughs, I had recruited Vivy before Blackwall but not before Sera and neither Sera nor Blackwall didn't have their weapons.
