Another solution which worked perfectly for me, without any need to uninstall your mods, is to set the game in windowed mode right before the singing scene and the dialogue with Solas. You load the last save (the inquisitor on the mountains. Go to video options and set windowsed mode instead of full screen. Once in windowed mode, resize the window at minimum size. Pass through the scene. What's important is that when you start the dialogue with Solas you must minimize the window at all. This way you should be able to go on with the game and get no more white screen Once you have saved it again you can restore the fullscreen mode.
