Customer support chat said to post this here...I am trying to do the 'Red Lyrium Weapons' inquest game. Every time I finish the 'quest', it takes me to a screen asking me to 'Share' or 'Log In/Sign Up' to access the weapons. Neither button does anything.Already tried:~Tried on three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE)~Tried on two different computers (Windows 8 PC, Windows 7 PC Laptop)~Updated Flash/Direct X/Video Drivers~Logged in on Origin account on other parts of the EA website (the main inquisition site recognizes me as logged in)The website with the unresponsive link is:'http://quest.dragonage.com/en-us/inquisitor/inquest/'http://quest.dragonage.com/en-us/prize-redemption/ is equally unresponsiveAdvice/Help?

Make sure you follow these instructions to the letter, and you should have no problem getting your weapons unlocked. If you try this and you still have trouble, send me a personal message and I'll help you troubleshoot your issue.* Notes *// these are my comments// these are placeholders (you'll have to fill these in would your own values)// these are examples (i.e. what I would type to unlock the weapons)// these are console commands - click here to learn how to open the console in your browserThe easiest way to get the console commands right is to copy-paste them.Please use Firefox or Chrome. I could support other browsers but I'm choosing not to. If you want to be like me, use firefox.Step 1:Log in to Origin on your PC.Step 2:Go to http://dragonage.comStep 3:Log in to your Origin account by clicking on the Origin symbol in the bottom right of the screen.Step 4:Open up your JavaScript console (on dragonage.com). (see above for instructions on how to do so)Step 5:In the console, type the command:window.EA.sso.userIdRecord the output of this command. Yes, it is still locked for me.

It's unlocked, yes. I noticed some of my locked ones have a Request Unlock button, but that may just unlock it for display in The Keep and not actual gameplay. Edit: Aaaand upon discussing this with my boyfriend, it may appear as unlocked because he pushed that button yesterday when he was attempting to figure out what was wrong. He assumed it would send some kind of request rather than just automatically unlocking it, so I can't confirm if your script actually unlocked it or not. My bad.

I have been having the exact same issue, I have wasted over 10 hours alone trying to both find fixes for this, along with trying several browsers, the same ones you listed. I have tried searching google for so many hours, found only one suggested fix, and it didn't work, that button for logging in is broken. Also my name is not listed at the bottom of the quest page screen, something is wrong with the page, not detecting you as logged in, even though you supposedly are.
I hope they fix it, because I've retried and finished that mini-game over six times, only for the login button to never work. (I thought I was the only one who was confused as to why it seems to work for everyone else and not me.)
Tried IE, inquisitor quest clicking didn't work right.
Tried Firefox, finished all successfully, login button doesn't work.
Tried Chrome, finished it successfully, but login button once again does nothing when clicked.

Edit 1: Hrmm...ok, maybe not...the webgame said it was unlocked, but the weapons aren't in the box in the Undercroft on any character : /
Additional troubleshooting required, will get back to you if I can make it play nice.
Edit 2: If I click on the My account link from my user name in the bottom left hand corner on the claim page, I get:
"Oops!!

The page you are trying to access is not available.

This is typically due to an incorrect URL or old content."
Maybe an issue with the accounts being transferred into EA accounts? Though it was happening before that came about....

Edit 3: cleared cache and cookies, ran through that game yet again, (hate the inquisitor search bars, btw) aaaand logged into 2 different characters to check, and nada.
All trials and tribulations performed with Firefox 39.03.
Might try with Chrome tomorrow. Bedtime now.

You have to be logged into origin before you go to the website to do the red lyrium weapons quest, or otherwise it will not transfer over to your game.

I was under the impression that the weapons unlock after doing a quest on map.

If it's unlocked for you in Dragon Age Keep, it should be unlocked in game.

This has to do with an outdated version of the Origin JavaScript framework being used to build the URL. Since you don't need to get to my account to unlock the weapons, I didn't try to patch this / hack around it.

I'm not sure about this requirement. I believe what the game actually does is modify a flag on your Origin/EA Account. In theory, this means that logging back into your Origin account post completing the game as I have described above will reload your Origin profile, thereby unlocking the items. You may be right though, as I've been trying to solve this from a linux box (no Origin on Linux) and cannot test this theory.

I was logged into Origin when I did that test the other day you described, it didn't work even with that.
