  • Sorry to hear you didn't like your game  (Millions of others don't have the issues you're describing, but that's another topic..)

Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.
We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...

You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.
They are the only ones who can do anything about purchases and/or refunds.

Reach them using the Help Center, (link in the top-right of every page here on the AHQ.)

After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me / Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that.)

The exact options you see will vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.  😕mileyfrustrated:

If you select "Chat Now", (or "Call Now" if that is an option for you) be sure to have enough time to wait.
I always expect it to take an hour before I'm connected to someone, and am pleasantly surprised when it's less.

    Good Luck!

Presuming you registered your game in the first place, there are three possible solutions:

    a)  If the game appears in your Library under "My Games" in the EA/Origin client, the product code will be displayed when you hover you mouse over the title and choose [i]nformation.

    b)  If you actually still have the game installed but not registered with Origin, launch it.
On the splash screen choose "Configure" then "Game". The product key is displayed in the lower-right panel.

    c)  If neither a) nor b) will work for you, you'll have to contact the "official support" EA Game Advisors.
They're the only folk who can look under the covers at your account.  Contact them at the Help Center.

    Good Luck!
