Sera
The quest to recruit Sera is not showing up on my game. Is there a time limit on the quest? Did I miss the oppertunity to recruit her? Or is this glitching? If it is a timed quest and I may just stop...

The quest to recruit Sera is ... uhm... delivered... during your first visit to Val Royeaux.

An arrow is lobbed at the ground nearby after the scene with the Templars and Chantry, and after picking it up, you have to find the items it indicates within the city to continue on. One is by the docks, one in the cafe, and the rest should be in the upper market areas. Use the fast travel doors to access those.
If you have not yet been to Val Royeaux, you won't get the quest.
