Solas romance cut scene stopped right before the waterfall

Hi!

I have a problem with this Solas romance cut scene. 

After "Temple of Mythal", my inquisitor talked to Solas who is in a relationship with the inquisitor, and cut scene triggered (conversation in Skyhold). 

And then, the cut scene just literally stopped right before going to the waterfall (right after Solas said "Come with me, Vhenan").

After the conversation, Solas was supposed to bring inquisitor to the waterfall in Crestwood, but somehow it never happened. 

(More specifically, after "come with me" it did show the loading screen of Crestwood, and then suddenly the Skyhold loading screen showed, and then my inquisitor is back to Skyhold, alone... no furthermore cut scene)

I restored the game on Origin, I deleted every single mod and tried it again(when I played it last time with the previous inquisitor character, there was no problem with proceeding this cut scene with same mods I use now though), but nothing worked. 

I checked the romance flag by SaveGameEditor just in case, and Solas romance is true, so I got no idea what is the reason of this issue. 

Can anyone help? I can't find any solution for this :"(
