Spoils of the qunari MISSING SCHEMATICS
So I bought the Spoils of the qunari DLC a few days ago, and found out I'm missing 2 schematics!
The ones I'm missing are : Superb Shokra-taar Schematic and Superb Antaam-saar Schematic (the tier 3 Light and Heavy armors)
This is not cool, I payed for this, and I'm missing part of the content....
Also, whenever I enter the undercroft, there is an exclamation mark at the Special Requisition Chest, but when I use it...nothing happens, I guess this might be linked to my problem?

It's ok now, apparently, you receive the schematics only after reaching level 16, makes senese now.
I was confused at first because I received all the schematics with the exception of those 2 mentioned above, and there was no info anywhere about a level requirement.
