Steam Bought Dragon Age Inquisition Will Not Launch

Update: Got refund from Steam. I then bought the game again directly from Origin - problem persists still. Have repeated the attempted fixes mentioned above.

Please help!

  In the DxDiag file, your main display adapter is shown as Intel HD Graphics. There's a known issue where some games on Origin don't switch to the dedicated Nvidia GPU.
  
  There's an option in the Nvidia control panel to force the use of the Nvidia GPU. More info here.
  
  Hopefully that fixes it.
