Go to about minute 36 of this video, it shows the approach to Ishmael, I don't see a door of any kind.
Look at the very start of this video this is the intrance to the court yard up up those small stairs between the walls unfortunately a closed door in my world (http://youtu.be/L6lzYDZOjBs) thanks for all your help
