Thanks for the extra details. Having a 2nd machine for testing is exceptionally valuable.

And if it is on our end, we of course want to see what we may have been missed. That line about complex systems goes both ways.

Alien :Isolation got PCGamer's GoTY at least. It's pretty much the only "major" game release I missed this year, but I keep hearing that it's excellent.

To be honest, I just named this post "This game should'nt have won Game of the Year" just to get some of the community manager or developer's attention to some of the posts on this forum that had legitimate issues that needed to be addressed. I realize that it probably would have been better suited for that forum but hey, it seems to have worked.

We pay attention to each thread here, but some of the issues mentioned need a fix from the devs, while others are design decisions.

That being said ... Starting a thread like this "to get attention" is not cool and it's also against the rules of this forum.
