Unlocking using a proxy against Origin ToS?

I was wondering if (as the title says) unlocking DA:I in the EU using a proxy is against Origin ToS? Is it a bannable offense to do so? Is it even still possible?

it is not against ToS and you will no way be punished for using a proxy/VPN. Please bare in mind that we cannot support the issues you may encounter due to using proxy (connections etc.).
