'Silvery' or shiny grey faces are missing textures. No hair/back of head missing is missing hair meshes. Sounds like you haven't installed whatever prerequisite mods are required for the morphs installed.
'Weird black lines' or areas of skin that appear as black is usually caused by improperly installed or conflicting body texture replacers, i.e. nude or underwear reskins.
Try removing all your mods, both DAzips and overrides. (You can temporarily rename the Dragon Age\addIns, Dragon Age\packages\core\data, and Dragon Age\Packages\core\override folders and back up the AddIns.xml file located in Dragon Age\settings.)
Start a new game. If the situation is resolved, its a mod issue. If it is not resolved, then you should repair the game (not sure how that is done with a Steam install). If repairing (or reinstalling) corrects the problems, then reinstall the mods in small batches, testing after each batch. Be sure to carefully read the documentation for each mod, to be certain that there are no conflicts with other mods (or even within one mod, as with a choice of several options for textures) and that you've also downloaded and installed any required mods (such as hairstyles or other cosmetics for face morphs).
