war table bug - Leliana gone

I though I had the same problem. but it turned out that she was just on a mission that was no longer available thanks to a decision concerning Iron bull

so I didn't see that she was deployed

Has someone found a way to fix this issue?

I just waited it out and she finished the mission eventually, along with the rewards, while saying the mission is no longer available.

Though in my case it's Josephine that I can't assign, she is busy, but I can't see her on the war-table, weird as hell! ☹️

I think I am having the same issue. I just noticed this as I was completing her Inner Circle Quest. She is stuck on Busy and it has been over 8 hours. I can't remember what last mission I sent her on was and I never noticed this until later. I am pretty damn sure if Leliana can't help, I might be stuck for a good while.

Alright, this is not really a solution but a really aggravating way to bypass this. Leliana is not so much stuck but has decided that her mision requires ten friggen years to complete. So, time travel! Set your computer's clock to ten years in the future and go back in the game. Leliana should grave you with your presence. Clear the war table, save, rewind the clock, and bam. Just don't do a mission and then rewind the clock. 80k hour wait is not a pretty number.
